Reception will begin at 7:00 PM, Thursday, July 12th. You need NOT be in the gallery to choose your favorite pieces. You may call, email, or put your name on a piece in person beginning July 12th. If there is more than one buyer for a piece, the winning buyer will be drawn Friday, July 13th via lottery. There is a limit of one bid per piece, per household. If you email your entries, we will send you a follow-up email letting you know they were received (no need to call and ask if we received them). Please be sure to include the item number, title and artist’s name for each piece for which you are placing an entry.

Buyers will be notified of their successful purchases ASAP. It may take a few days to determine all results and get back with clients – please be patient, we will notify you once all results are compiled. We have many bids on most items and it may take a few days to tally the results and get back with everyone.
Please keep in mind that if you put your name on several pieces, you could possibly win them all. So, please do not put your name on more than you are prepared to purchase. This is a charity event, and we will need payment as soon as you are notified that you have won the piece or pieces.
