"Creating is synonymous with painting for me, and painting has often facilitated the exploring of new ideas, finding balance and harmony, seeking new ways of thinking and being, exploring new places, stepping out of my comfort zone, expanding my vision thru the means of shape and color, and a way to feel myself through it all. I continue to use art to help me as I learn to explore all the other areas of my life as well.
