Adam Homan

“My vision is to inspire a feeling of childlike wonder and hope through my work.  It was people like Jim Henson, Dr. Suess, George Lucas, Fred Rogers and many others who inspired me, and I carry that torch with me into the adult world” – Adam Homan

Working in steel for over 25+ years, Adam Homan has created beautiful works of art for clients all over the world. Adam uses steel as his medium of choice due to its forgiving nature and strength.  Various tools including MIG welders, grinders, plasma cutters and chop saws are used in his creative process.  Adam also uses recycled and repurposed items in many of his pieces, which adds to the history and background of each sculpture.

Homan’s style is a mix of fantasy, animation, steampunk, and science fiction, which have all been large influences in his life.  His passion, excitement, and respect for the steel medium has allowed him to produce many one-of-a-kind sculptures during his career and he is still going strong. He has been featured in magazines, news shows, art shows, and has won numerous juried competitions throughout the country. His clients include private collectors, corporations, celebrities, athletes and a menagerie of characters.

Adam’s work is represented in Arizona by Wilde Meyer Galleries.  Click on any piece to enlarge it.
