Jose Echeverria says:  “I have been a professional painter, for more than twenty years.  I like to paint in a traditional style, oil on canvas.  I think it’s the noblest material in which to work.  An important aspect of my artwork is the color; I think color has its own language.  Behind the shapes, color speaks.  I come from Ecuador, a beautiful Latin-American country where people, colors, and nature combine perfectly.  My artwork nourishes from this context.”
