Some artists present art full of contrasts of light against dark\, as shown in works by Ryan Hale and AM Stockhill. Artists like Peggy Judy and Stephen Morath create a more subtle mood by use of tonal effects of with low contrast. Still other artists like Brenda Bredvik and Sara Newton create a “bright” mood with splendid use of poly colors on ordinary subjects\, like horses\, cowboys or abstracts.
