The Good Samartian 24" x 30"by Amy Watts

The Good Samartian 24″ x 30″
by Amy Watts

Doug Weigel creates two-dimensional sculpture based on Native American petroglyphs. Doug is a master at interpreting ancient rock paintings into modern day metal wall and freestanding sculpture.

Jim Nelson bases his paintings on Lakota Sioux folklore and traditions. Jim uses the significant “power” colors of the Sioux to express his animal and human figurative works.

Amy Watts presents pictorial narratives in puzzle-like paintings to tell her stories. Whether it is a painting indicative of the life of a black mare, or a good Samaritan helping a fellow human, her works are expressive and fascinating.

Other artists in the show include Linda Carter Holman, Ka fisher, and Greg Dye, and several others.
