YOUTH ON THEIR OWN BENEFIT SALE

At our November 6th Tucson ArtWalk we will be having a benefit sale for YOTO. Local potter Susan Grunebaum has generously agreed to donate all proceeds from the sale of her beautiful pottery that evening to YOTO.
We hope you can come to pick up some great handmade pottery for yourself or as gifts and meet Susan and the great people from YOTO.
Susan Grunbaum Artist statement
I have a deep passion for working with clay and creating functional pieces. From the first piece I threw on the wheel, I could feel the magic of the clay and want to create pieces that are useful like bowls, plates, vases and more. I really enjoy bringing the piece to life, so I tend to work with many different glazes. I began working with clay in Connecticut over 30 years ago. I sold my pieces in a gallery in Wilton, CT for a number of years. After moving to Tucson, I was able to devote more time to my pottery and made the decision to use my pottery as a means of giving back. It has always been my goal to give back to organizations that help others, especially the youth. I hope that you will stop by the gallery, say “hello” and help support YOUTH ON THEIR OWN.
