SCOTTSDALE
NATIVE SPIRIT
March 3rd, 7:00 – 9:00 PM
Wilde Meyer Gallery will be presenting various artists’ interpretations of Native Spirit from both native artists and artists who are non-native but are inspired or influenced by Native American culture, images, and stories. We will be showing work by New Mexico sculptor Upton Ethelbah, aka Greyshoes (Native American heritage Santa Clara Pueblo and White Mountain Apache). Other participants include Lance Green, who considers himself a story teller. Other participating artists are influenced by native imagery and spiritualism from mother earth, the universe, and the creatures that share them with us humans.
